NOW, THEREFORE, I3E IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Plenning Commission does hereby grant subject Petition for Varzance, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro- posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim. 1. That reasonable landscaping shall be provided on subject property in accordance with the adopted Service Station Minimum Site Development Standards, as indicated on the plans. j 2. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, and 3.
