A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT
PETITION FOR RECLASSIFICATION N0.66-67-15 BE APPROVED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did recelre a verified Petition for Reclassifica-
tionfrum BILL ASAWA, 720 South Beach Bouleva*d, Anaheim, Calif'ornia, Owner; ROBERT ZADY, 1564
Sumac Lane, .Anaheimq Caiiforniay Agent of certain reai property situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California,described in Exhibit "F" attached hereto and referred to

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
' August ~;~, 1~66~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M. notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by
~ law and in accordence with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.72, to hear and consider evidence
_ (or end ageinst said proposed reclassification and to investigete and make findings and recommendations in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, seid Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study mede by itsetf and in its behalf, end
efter due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. That the petitioner proposes a reclassificetion of the above described property frem the R- A, Agr i cu i Lt,r a 1 ~
Zone to the C-.~ General Commerria:, Zone.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT` ~SOLVED thet the Anaheim City Plennine-i;ommission daes hereby recommend
• to th,e City Councii of the City of Aneheim thet aubject Petition for Reclessificatlon be approved and, by so doing,
thet Title 1&Zoning of the Aneheim MunIcipel Code be emended to ezclude the ebove described property from the
R-A, Agricultural, Zone and to incorporate said described property into the C-1, General
Commercial~ Zone, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary
prerequisite to the proposed use of subject property in order to preserve the safety and
general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheimo
1. That the owner of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of 15~ pEr
front foot along Beach Boulevard and Stonybrook Drive, for tree planting purposes.
2a That the owner of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2000
per front foot along Stonybrook Ilrive~ for street lightin9 purposes~
3. That Cendition Noso 1 and 2, above mentioned, shall be complied with within a period
of 1~i0 days from date hereof, or such furtF~er time as the City Council may grant~
4~ That the conversion of the existing structure shall conform to the Uniform Building
- Code as adopted by the City of Anaheim, prior to final building and zoning inspections~
~ 5. That any air•-conditioninq facilities proposed shall be properly shielded from view from
abutting streets, and the sound buffered from adjacent residential homesy prior to final build-
