A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING CpMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAY.EIM TERMINATItJG
ALL PROCEIDINGS ON COiJDITIONAL USE PERNiIT N0, 661, THERE7'0
WHEREAS, the City Planning Cormnission in Resolution No. 1456, Series 1964-65
dated December 21, 1964, did grant Conditional Use Permit No. 661, to establish a
restaurant and cocktail lounge subject to conditions; and
WHEREAS, none of the conditions of approval have been completed, and the re-
quested use has been established on an adjoining parcel; and
V~HEREAS, the P12nning C~mmission in Resolution No~ PC66-6~ dated September 12,
1966, granted Conditional Use Permit No. uR0 to perr~it the establishment of offices for
tne Califox~nia Highway Patrol on subject pro~_erty.
NO~N, THEREFORE, BE IT RFSOLVED that the City Planning Commission nf the City
iof' Anaheim does herFby terminate all proceedings wnich granted Conditional Use Permit
-,Nc. 661, declaring it null and void.
