NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEp that the P.neheim City Plannir.g Commission dces hereby grar.t
subject Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the following conditions which are hereby found
to be a necessary prerequisite to 'the proposed t~se of the subject property in orjer to preserve
the safety and qene•ral welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anar~eim:
la That the onwers of subject property shall pay to tne City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per
• front ;oot along Harbor Boulevard, ror street liqnt?ng purposes.
2~ Tha± the owners of subject property shcll pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of 15~ per
front foot along H~rbor Boulevara9 for tree olanting purposes.
3. That the s:~e.valks shall be installed alon9 Harbor Boulevard, as required by the City
Eng~neer and in aci•ordance with staridard plans and speci.`ications on file in the office of the
City Engineer~
4~ That trash storage area, shall be provided in accordance with approved pians on file with
the office of the Director of Public Works~
;,~ 5. That :ire hydrants shall be instalied as reaui.red and determined to be necessary by the

time that the Building Permit is issu?d or within a period of 1~0 days from date hereof, which-
` ever occurs first, or ~uch furt.her time as the Commission or City Council may grant.

I motel facility, as stipulated to by the petitioner, and shall not be made available to the general
pubiic, based on the fact tnat the proposed facility cannot provide adequate parking if the
recr?ation building is used by other than patrons of the motel.
