A RESOLUTION OF THE CI?Y PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING
WNDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO„ 760, THEREI'0
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim in Resolution No,
17R9, Ser_es 1965-66 dated September 27, 1965 granted Conditional Use °ermit No. 760,
=_ubject to conditions, to permit zhe establishment of a service station; and
WHEREAS, none of the conditions of approval have been completed; and
~ WHEREAS, the Planning Commission on September 12, 1966, granted Conditional Use
permit No, RR2 to permit the establishment of a walk-up restaurant on property formerly
proposed ~or the aforementioned service station.
NOW, THEREFORE9 IIE IT RESOLVED that the City Planninq Commission of the City
of Anaheim does hereby termi~ate all proceedings of Conditional Use Permit (Jo. 760, on
the basis of the foregoing findings.
