PC 66-74RESOLUTION NO PC66-74 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE N0. 1~21 HE GRA~~TED IN ?ART WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Aneheim did receive a verified Petition for Variance from W~ J~ TROUTMAN AND J~ Ro SCHOLZ, 6i7 East Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, California, Owners; ATLAti:'?C FtICHFI II.D ~N~PANY, 17~6 West Lincoln, Anaheim, California, Agent of certain real pro~.•~:ty siiuated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as lots 6, 7, and F of Gee:des Subdiv~sicn, as per map thereof recorded in Book R, page 77 oi Miscellaneous Maps, records cf said Orai;ge County. EXCEPTING THEREFRONi the northerly 10 feet thereof ~ ~ ~ ; and WHEREAS, the ~(ty Planning Commission did hold a public hearing et the City Hall in the City of AnAheim on September 12, 1966, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public heering heving been duly given as required by law anu in accordence with the provisions of the Ana}~eim Municipol Code, Chapter 18.68, to hear and consider evidence for and against said proposed variance and to investigete and make findings end recommendations in connection therewith; and WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigetion, end study made by itself and in its behelf, and after due consideration of all evidence end reports offered at said hearing, does find end detecmine the following fects: 1. That no one appeared in opposition to subject petition. V1~G ~ t ~ -1- a r I N PART NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Aneheim City Plenning Commission does hereby grantl~ubject Petition for Varience, upon the following conditions which ere hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro- posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and genewl welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 1. That the requested sign shail be reduced to 3 feet by 14 feet, as stipulated ±o by the agent for the petitioner9 with the base of the sign being approximately 16 feet from the grade level of the property, parailel with the parapet of the car wash building located immediatAly south of the proposed sign. 2. That al.l conditions of Resolution Noe 20R0, Series 1965-66, dated June 20, 1966, grantin9 Conditional ll:e Permit Noo R53 shall be completed prior to issuance of a Building Permit for the proposed sign request of :his Variance.
