WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public heering at the City Hell in the City of Anaheim on
September 12, 19669 et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having bem duly given as required by
lew and in accordance with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipel code, Chepter 18.64, to hear end consider evidence
for and ageinst said proposed conditional use end to investigete and make findings end recammendations in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, seid Commission, efter due inspection, investigation, end study mede by itself end in its behelf, and
after due consideretion of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional.Use Permit is euthorized by this Code, to
wit: establish a wedding chapel on subject property~
2. That the proposed use will not edversely aEfect the adjoining lend uses and the growth and development of
the area in which itis proposed to be located.
3. T'hat the size snd shape of tye site proposed for the use is adequate to allow the full development of the
ptoposed use in a manner not dettimental to the particular area nor to the peace, health, safety, end generel welfere
of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
4. That the granting of the Conditinnal Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimentel
to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare oE the Citizens oE the City of Anaheim.
5. That no one appeared in opposition to subiect petition~

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet tl:e Aneheim City Planning Commisaion does hereby grant subject
Petition for Conditionel Use Permit, upon the following conditions whi~ch are hereby found lo be a necessery prerequisite
to the proposed use of the subject property in order to preserve the sefety and general welfare of the Citizens of the
Ctt,y of Anaheim:
lo That this Conditional Use Permit is granted subject to tt,e amer,dment of deed restrict-
ions to include in Reclassification ;Jo. 62-63-43 these uses requested~
2o That any air conditioning facilities proposed shall be properly shielded frcm view
from abutting streets, prio* to final building inspectiono
3o That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2,
