A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING CUMMISSION OF THE CiTY GF ANAY.EIM AMENDING
RESOLUTION N0. PC66-5R9 A~^-r^P.OVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO., R73 BY
INCLUDING SPECIAL FINDINGS AND ~NDITIONS AS STIPULATED TO BY THE

WHEREAS~ the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim granted Conditional
Use Permit No, R73 in Resolution Nc~ PC66-5~, dated kugust 29, 1966, subject to conditions; and
WHEREqS, two findings and two conditions were inadvertantly omittad from the
aforementioned Resolution; and
WHEREAS9 said findings were stipulations by the petitioner in his operation of
the oroposed "roaring twenties" ni9htc;ub; and
WHEREAS~ the Commission deems it vitai tfiat these stipulations be made a part of
approval of Conditionai Use Permit No. R73.
NO'~7, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that ti~e City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim does hereby amend Resolution Noe PC66-5R, dated August ?_9, 1966 granting Conditional
Use Pezinit No~ R73 as foilov,s:
FINDINGS:
9a That the petitioner stipulated tnat tne theme-type night club svould not
have topless or suggestive entertainment.
10~ That ~he petitioner stipulated that the costumes worn by tne waitresses
and women employees would not be topiess or suggestive and would be in
good taste in accordance with the "Roarinq Twenties" theme.
'.lo That no one appeared in cpposition to subject petition.
COIJDIT IO1VS :
3. That there wi11 be no topless cr suggestive entertainment in the theme-
type niqht c:ub, as stipulated by the petitioner.
'l. Ti~at the costurnes worn by the waitresses and wo^:en employees will not be
topless or suggestive, and will be in go~d taste in accordance ~vith the
"Roaring Twenties" theme proposed, as stipulated by the petitioner.
