WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public heering at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
September ~6y 196ti at 2:00 o'clock P.A1. notice of said public hearing having been duly given es required by
law end ir. accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chepter 18.72, to hear ~nd consider evidence
for and ageinst said proposed reclassification and to investigete and make findings and recommendations in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, seid Commission, efter due inspection, investigation, and study made by itsetf end in its behalE, and
efter due consideretion of all evidence end reports offered at seid heering, does find and determine the following facts:

to the City Council of the City of Aneheim that subject PetitIon for Reclessification be approved end, by so doing,
thet Title 18-Zoning of the Aneheim Muaicipal Code be amended to exclude the ebove described property from the
R-3, Multiple Family F.=;idential, Zone ana io :r.corpo:a±e said desc:ibed p~ope:ty into the
P-ly Automobiie Park.ing, Zone, upon the :'oiio~h~ing condicions wiii.:n hereby four,d to be a
necessary prerequisite to the E,:c.::esed u,e of' subject property in o:der to preserve ?he safety
and general N~e~fare of the citizens of the City of An.:heim.
1~ That a Parcel Map to reccrd tne approved division of sub.ject property be submitted to
the City oi' Anaheim r"or approval and then be recorded in tf~e oir~ice of' ti~e Orange County
