A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE N0. 1~30 BE GRANTED

WHERF.AS, the City Pler.ning Commission of the City of Aneheim did receive a verified Petition for Variance

WHEftEAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Nall in the City of Anaheim
on September 26, 1966, et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required
by law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipel Code, Chapter 18.68,to hear and consider
evidence for and egainst said proposed variance and to investigate and make findings end recommendations in connec-
tion therewith; and
WHEREAS, seid Commission, efter due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf,
and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered 'at seid hearing, does find and determine ~he following
fects:
1. That the petitioner requests a variance from the Aneheim Municipel Code: to permit ConstruCtion of 2
single family residence on a lot in the R-0, Qne Farniiy Suburt;an, Zone on subject property:

2. Thet there are exceptional or extreordinery circumstances or conditions epplicable to the property involved
or to the ineended use of the property thet do not epply ger.erally to the property or class of use in the same vicinity
and zone.
3. That the requested varience is necessary for the preservation and enjoyment of a substential property right
possessed by other property in the same vicinity end zone, end denied to the property in question.
4. That the requested veriance will not be materially detrimentel to the public welfa~e or injurious to the prop-
eRy or improvements in such vicinity end zone in which the property is loceted.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Variance, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of
Anaheim.
le That the owner of subject property shall pay to the City o: Anaheim tne sum of $2.00
per front foot along P~est Street, For street lightinq purposes.
2, That the owner of subject propecty shall pay to ~he City of An~heim the sum oi 15~ par
front foot along West Street, ror tree planting pruposes.
3o That the sidewalks, and drive~Nays shall be ir,sta;ied aleng 'Nest Street as requi:ed by
the City En9ineer and in accordance with standa:d plans and specifications on file in the
office of the City Engineer, prior ~o final building inspection.
4o That Condi*.ion Noso 1 and 2, above r~?ntioned, shali be complied •,~ith p:ior to tne time
that the Buiiding Peimit is issued or within a period of 1ft0 days :rom date hereof, whichever
