A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF T}iE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE N0. i~s31 gE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Aneheim did receive a verified Petition for Variance
from wo Ra HE1I~PHILL, 951 North G:lbert, Anaheim, California, Owner of ce:tain real property
situated ',n the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described ss the
South 17R feet of the East 220 ieet of the Northeast quar±er of the Northeast quarte: of the
Northwest quarter of Section 7, Township 4 Southa Range 10 West, San Bernardino Base and
Meridian
; and
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim
on Seotember 26, 1966, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required
by lew and lh eccordance with the provisions ot the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18,68, to hear and consider
evidence for end egainst said proposed varience and to investigate and make findings end recommendations in connec-
tion therewith; end
WHEREAS, seid Commtssinn, after due inspection, investigetion, and study made by itself end in its behalf,
and efter due consideration of all evidence and reports offered ~t seid hearing, does find and determine the following
fects:
1. That the petitioner requests a veriance from the Anaheim Municipel Code: to permit a division of land
totaiing four lots to be deveinped for single family iiomes in tn= R-1, One Family Residentiol,

3. That the requested verience is necessery for the preservation and enjoyment of a substantial property right
possessed by other property in the seme vicinity and zone, and denied to the property in question.
4. That the requested variance will not be meterially detrimentnl to the p~blic welfare or injurious to the prop-
erty or improvem ents in such vicinity and zone in which the property is located.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grent subject
Petition for Variance, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety end general welfare of the Citizens of the City of
Anaheim.

to the City of Anaheim for approval an9 then be recorded in the office of the O~ange Cour,ty
Recorder, orior to the time that the Building PErrnit is issued or within a period of 1R0 days
from date hereof, whichever occurs first, or auch further time as t,~e Commission or City Council
may grant.
~. That the o~nmer of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $25000
per dwellirg unii, to be used for park and recreatior purposesy said amount to be paid at the
time the Building Permit is issueda
