That no one appeared in opposition to subject petition~ : .~.,~. ~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Plenning Commission does hereby granVs bpj~ect Petition for Variance, upon the following conditions which ere hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro- posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens o( the City of Anaheim. 1. That thi~ Variance is granted subject to the cor~pletion of Reclassification ho, 66-67-27, ~ 2• That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file with the office of the Director of Public Works, prior to final building inspection. 3. That subject property shall be developed sub~tan~ially in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marbed ExhiUit Nos. 1, 2, znd 3.
