law end in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipel code, Chepter :8.64, to hear end consider evidence
for and against said proposed c~nditionel use and to investigate and meke findings and recommendations in connection
therewith; and
14NEREAS, said Commission, efter due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself end in its behalf, and
after due cnnsideration of all evidence and reports oEfered at seid hearing, does find and deYermine the following fects:
1. Thet the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional .Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to

proposed use in a menner not detrimtntel to the particulqr area nor to the peace, heelth, sefety, end general welfare
of the Citizens of the City of Meheim.
4. That the granting of the Conditionel Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if eny, will not 6e deteimental

1. That this Cor.ditional Use Permit is granted subject to the completion of Reclassi-
fication No. 66-67-2R.
2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans ~n file
with the office of the Director of Public Workso
3. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required and determined to be necessary by
the Chief of the Fire Department.
4. That Condition Nos. 2 and 3, above mentioned, shal: be complied with prior to final
building inspection.
5o That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of Anaheirn, marked Exhibit fJos,. 1, 2, and 3~
