WFiEREAS, the City Playning Commission of tha City of Aneheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditional
Use Permitfrom JOHN T. AND ELTA B. STO'NERS, 33U Orchid Street, Corona Del Mar, California, Owners
of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Californi~,
described as Lot 5 0' the K:oeger Hall Subdivisior, as shown on a mzp recordeo in BooF: 7, Paoe
11 of Miscel:anzous Naps records of szid County
; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hell in the City of Anaheim on
Jonuary 4, 1967, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public heering having been duly given as required by
law end in eccordence with the provisions of the Anaheim Mur.icipel Code, Chepter 18,64, to hear and consider evidence
for and against said proposed conditional use and to investigete and make '.indings end recomm endations in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after dce inspection, investigation, end study made by itself and in its behelf,
and after due consideration of ell evidence end reports offered at said heering, does Eind and determine the follow.ng feds:
1. '('hat the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to wit;
