'.I• for commercial or advertising purposes shall be permitted
r~ only in the G 1, General Commercial, C-2, General Commercial,

I -3, Heavy Commercial, C-0, Commercial Office and C-R

I Commercial-Recreation, Zones or in conjunction with a

i conditional use permit or variance when the use permitted
i ' by said conditionai use permit o.r variance is permitted as

and C-R Zones. Provided, however, that whenever flags and
