A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF &~AHEIM lUmNDING RESOLUTION NO. 70R-138,
Nm~C PRO Tm~C, (C.U.P. NO. 1147).
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 70R-138 granted Conditional
Use Permit No. 1147; and
WHEP~AS, due to inadvertence and clerical error, a
waiver of Section 18.63.050(c-l) of the Anaheim Municipal Code
in connection with maximum permitted height within 300-feet of
a residential structure was omitted therefrom; and
vfflEREAS; it is the desire of the City Council of the
City of Anaheim to correct said Resolution No. 70R-l38, nunc pro
tunc, to reflect the intentions of said City Council to grant
said Conditional Use Pe~it No. 1147 as requested.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution ~No. 70R-138 be, and the same
is hereby amended, nunc pro tunc, by adding thereto the following
language immediately after the colon in the "NOW, THEREFOREn
clause:
Maximum pe~itted height

tial structure (27 feet per-
mitted; 39 1/2 feet proposed).1i
