WHEREAS, the City Planning Commis~ion of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Variance
from A~DRE'P! S. GIAf~ELLI, 1232 Cztron Iane, Anaheim, California, Owner of certair. real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Oranye, Siate of California, descrioed as Lot i~o.
93 of Tract No~ 2302

WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing et the City Hall in the City of Aneheim
on ;.".ay ~2, 190' et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing having been duly glven es reQuired
by law and in accordence with the provisiona of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.68, to hear and consider
evidenc~a for etid egginst seid proposed verience end to investigete end meke findings end recommendations in connec-
tion therewith; end
WHEREAS, said Commissinn, after due inspection, investigatiun, and study mede by itself end in its befialf,
and after due conside:a.tion of all evidence and :eports offered at said heering, does find end determine the following
facts:

2. That there are exceptional or extraordinary circumstances or conditions epplicable to the property involved
or to the intended use of the property that do not epply generelly to the property or cless of use in the seme vicinity
and zone.
3. That the requested variance is necessary for the preservetion and enjoyment of a substantial property right
possessed by other property in the seme vicinity end zone, and denied to the property in question.
4. That the requested variance wall not be materially detrimental to the public welfate or injurious to the pmp-
erty or improvements in such vicinity and zone in which the property is loceted.

NOW, 7'~IEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Aneheim City Planning C.mmission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Variance, upon the following conditions which ere heceby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the sefety end general welfare of the Citizens of the City of
Anaheim.
