RESOLUTION NO. 71R-32
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNTIL OF THE
CITY OF Al~AHEIM Al\fENDING RESOLUTI.ON NO.
71R-16, NUNC PRO TUNC, IN CONNECTION WITH
RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. 70-71-17.
WriEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wi.t, on
January 19, 1971, adopt Resolution No. 71R-16 in Reclassifica-
tion Proceedings No. 70-71-17 finding and determining that the
property and area therein described should be changed from C-l,
GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE, to R-3, MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
ZONE, subject to certain conditions recommended by the City
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, due to inadvertence and clerical error, Con-
dition No. 17 of said Resolution No. 71R-16 included a reference
to Condition No.4, which reference to Condition No. 4 was
omitted from Condition No. 13; and
WHEREAS, the City Council declares its intention to
correct such clerical error, nunc pro tunc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 71R-16 be, and the
same is hereby amended, nunc pro tunc, by deleting No. 4 from
Condition No. 17 and adding No. 4 to Condition No. 13 of said
Resolution.
THE FOREGOING HESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 26th day of January, 1971.
