WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim
on June 5, ;9o'i, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing having been duly given as required
by law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipel Code, Chapter 18.68, to hear and consider
evidence for and against said proposed variance and to investigate and make findings and cecommendations in connec-
tion therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Comnission, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself end in its behelf,
and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered a ~ said hearing, does find and determine the following
facts:

Petition for Varience, upon the following conditions which ere hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to fhr. pro-
posed use of the snbject property in order to presetve the sefety end generel welfere of the Citizens of the City of
Aneheim:
1~ Tnai subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and
sFec;ficaiions on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit No. i.
