A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIht
THAT PE:ITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 912 BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City oE M~heim did receive e verified Petition for Conditionel
Use Permit from DAVID MADDOX, 111 N. Western P.venue, Anaheiin, California 92R01, Owner; JAMcS
SCHULER, 914 Eest Katelia Avenue, Anaheim, California 92R05, Agent of certain real prooerty
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of ~Dranae, State of California, described in Ex:^.ibit

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public heering at the City Hell in the City of Aneheim on
January 16, 1967, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as rcquired by
lew and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipel code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for and egainst seid proposed cronditionel use and to investigete and make findings and recommendations in connection
therewith; end
WHEREAS, said Commission, e~ter due inspeetion, investigation, end study made by itself and in its behelf, end
after due consideretion of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. That the proposed use is properly one for which e Conditionel .Use Permit is euthorized by this Code, to
wit: Section 18.ea.020(3-c), to oermit the establishment of an animal nospital on sub;ec±.
oroperty.
2. That the p:oposed use will aot adversely effect the edjoining lend uses and the grovcKh end development of
the area in wliich it is proposed to be loeated.
3. That the size end shepe of the site proposed for the use is adequete to allow the full development of the
proposed use in a menner not detrimental to the particuler area nor to the peace, health, safety, and generel welfere
of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
4. Thet the granting of the Conditionel Use Permit under the con~_:tions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental
to the peace, health, safety, and general welfnre of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
5. Tnat no'one aopeared in ooposition to subject oetition.

City of Anrheim:
1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file
with the office of the Director of Public Works, prior to final building inspection.
2. That this conditional use permit is granted subject to the completion of
Reclassification t~o. 66-67-47.
3. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans
and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, and 3.
