WHEREAS, ti~e City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing et the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on

law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal code, Chepter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for and ageinst seid proposed eonditionel use ond to investigate and mekt findings and recommmdations in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, eEter due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behelf, and
after due consideration of all evidence and reports uEfered at said hearing, does find and determine the following fects:
1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditionel .Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to

proposed use in a manne: not detrimental to the perticular area nor to the peace, health, sa[ety, and gmeral welfare
oE the Citizens of the City of Aneheim.
4. Thet the granting of the Conditionel Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental
to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED th~t the Anaheim City Planning Commiasion daes hereby grent subject
Petition for Conditionel Use Permit, upon the (ollowing conditions which are hereby found to be a necessery prerequisite
to the proposed use of the subject property in order to preserve the sofety end general welfare of the Citizens of the
City of Aneheim:
~ lo That trash storage areas shall be provided in ar,cordance with approved plans on file
~ m•ith the offic~ of ihe Director of Pubiic Works.
2~ :ha*_ :ire hydrants shall be instailed as required and determined to be necessary by the
Chiet o: the Fire Department.
3a ;hat the owr.er of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $25.00
per trailer spac?Y to be used for park and recreation purposes, said amount to be paid at the
time the building permit is issued.
- 4. That Condition Nos~ 1, 2, and 3, above mentioned9 shail be complied with :or to final
building anr; zoning inspections.
: 5~ That development shall be in conformance with the Uniform Buiiding Coda, as adopted by
, the C~ty or Anaheim, and apolicable trailer standards of ti~e State Division oi Housing as
! adopted by the City of Anaheim.
