PC67`130 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM RECOMn1ENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF 'fHE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR REC LASSIFICATION N0. ~6~'o7•'6b $E DENIED R'HEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verifieu Petition for Reclassifica- tionfrom GENGINEFA HURLEY~ 1'/03 Crone Avenue., Anaheim, California 92804Y Owner of certain real property situated in the City or Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as ~ Lot 221 of' Tract No,: 2377, as per map recorded in book 75 pages 29 to 35 of N~iscellaneous Maps, ~'!{ in the office of the county recorder of said coLnty 6..', ~,f ; and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on June ~; i967; at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18,72, to hear and consider evi- dence for and against said proposed reclassification and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection therewith: and 1VHET2EAS, said Commission, aher due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of a(1 evidence and reporfa offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts: 1. That if access to I:uclid Street is prohi~itec, six parkino stalls would be unusable, thereby reducing earking provisions to well belov~~ ~ode miui.m~m~ 5~ inat the site ~evelopment standards o: the C•-1 Zone require=_ the side setback area to be lar,dscaped, ~,vhereas ±he oetitioner pr.oposes parE;iny in the =ide yard, as ~vel] as the rear yard and f~ront yard (existing).
