WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on
June 199 196'S at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice oi said public hearing having been duly given as required by
law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal code, Chepter 18.64, to hear end consider evidence
for and against said proposed conditionei use end to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, iavestigation, end study mede by itself and in its behelf, and
ofter due consideration of all evidence and reports offered et ceid hearing, does find end determine the following facts:
1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditionel .Use Permit is euthorized by this Code, to

of the Citizens of the City of Maheim.
