WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hell in the City of Aneheim on
January 16, 1967, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing heving been duly given as required by
law and in accordence with the provisions of the Meheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.64, to hear end consider evidence
for end ageinst said proposed conditional use and to investigete and make findings and recommmdatione in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, efter due inspection, iavestigation, end study made by itself and in its behalf, end
after due consideretion of ell evidence end reports offered et said hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. Thet the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditionel .Use Permit is euthorized by this Codc, to
wit• Section 1F.40.060(g) to permit on-sale '.iqu~.r in a p*oposed restaurant.
2. That the propoeed use will not adveraely ~ffect the edjoining land uses and the Qcowth ~nd deveiopment of
the area in which it is proposed to be loceted.
3. Thet the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is edequate to allow the full development of the
_ proposed use in a mennet not detrimental to the pacticular area nor to the peace, health, safety, end general welfare
_ of the Citizens oE the City of Aneheim.
4. That the granting of the Conditionel Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental
to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim.
5. That no one apoeared in opposition to subject petition.

1. That this conditional use permit is granted subject to the com~letion of
Reclassification No. 66-67-4R,
2. Tha: subject property shall be developed substantially in accurdance with plans
and specifications on iile with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.
