following Resolution was adop~ed:
WHEREAS, the proposal ror the annexation to the City or Anaheim
o~ the contiguous uninhabited territorx described hereinbelow,owned'by,
and located witr-in, the Placentia Unified School District came on
for hearing on this date, and
WriiitrAS, no written or oral protests or objections to said annexa-
tion were made;
~OW, THERErORE, B~ 11 Rc.SOLVED ~hat this Board does hereby approve
the annexation of the following described uninhabited territory owned
by, and located within, the Placentia Unified School District to the
City of Anaheim:
