A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING CAMMISSION OF THE CITY OF AIJAHEItd
RECOMMENDING IU THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT CANDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 657 BE TERMINATED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission on December 7, 1964, in Resolution No. 1442,
Series 1964-65 granted Conditional Use Permit Noo 657 for the establishment of a coin-
operated car wash on property located at the southwest corner of La Palma Avenue and
~ Citron Street; and
Wf{EREAS, the City Council on .January 12, 1965, in Resolution No. 65R-28 granted
~ Conditional Use °ermit No. 657 in conjunction with their approval of Reclassification
No. 64-65-6.',; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has never exercised the Conditionai Use Permit; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission subsequently granted Variance No. 1879 on
June 19, 1967, in Resolution Dlo. PC67-136, permitting the establishment of a sn~all
neighborhood convenience shopping center on property zoned for C-1, General Commercial,
the same property as Conditional Use Permit No. 657 coveredo
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Cit~ Plannin9 Commission does hereby
recommend to the City Council of ihe City of Anaheim that Conditional Use Permit No. 657
be terminsted on the basis of the aforementioned findings.
