MICHAEI., INCORPORATED, 8501 Bolsa Avenue, Midway City, California 92655, and ANN MADISON, 866 South Harbor Boulevarci, Anaheim, California 92805, Agents of certain real property ~ituated in the City of Anaheim, County o: Orange, State ~~ . of California, de=_cribed as Lot 20 of Anaheim Extension as shown on a map recorded in Book 39 ~j Pages 162-164 0.` Miscellaneous Records, Records of Los Aegeles County.
