A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF TH~ CITY OF ANAHEIM
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS ON CONDITIONAL USE PFRMIT N0. 882
WHEREAS, the City Planning Comrr.ission on Sept~rriber 12, 1966 yranted Conditional Use
Permit No. 88? in Resolution No. PC65-71~ subject to conditions to p2rmit the establishment
of a welk~-up restaurant; and

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission on July 17, 1967 in Resolution No> PC67-160
granted Conditional Use Permit P7o. 955 fcr the establishment of a coff ee shop on property
covered by Conditional Use Permit fJo. 882, ±hus nullifying the need for the original petition
for the establishment of a walk-up *estaurant.
tdOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RFSOLVED that the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim
does hereby terminate all proceedings on Conditional Use Permit fJo. 882, on the basis that
the use of the property was superseded by another use as ind=cated in the foregoing findings,
