PC 67-172r _.... ~~ RESOLUTION N0 PC67-;?2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE NO. 1903 BE GRANTED WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Variance from HARTFIELD-ZODYS, INCORPORATED, 1800 Avenu~ of the Stars, Gateway East-Suite 935, Century City, Caiifornia 90067, Onmers of certain rea! property situated in the City o: Anzheim, County of Ora.^.a~a, State of California, descriaed in Exnibit "A" attacaed hereto and referred to hereir as though =et forth in full ; and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing et the City Hall in the City oE Anaheim on July 31, 1°67, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipel Code, Chapter 18.68, to hear and consider evidence for and ugainst said proposed veriance end to investigate end make findings and recommendations in connec- tion therewith; end WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study mede by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of e11 evidence and reports offered o ~ said heering, does find and determine the following facts: 1, That the petitioner reauests e variance from the Anaheim Municipal Code: to pe=mit an ir._rease in heiqh~ of an existi-.a *ree-~=taroing sign. That the requested variance is necessary for the preservation and enjoyment of a substantial property right possessed by other property in the seme vicinity and zone, end denied to the property in question. 4. That the requested variance will not be materially detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to the prop- erty or improvements in such vicinity and zone in which the property is located. 5. That subject property shall be deveioped substantially in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit PJos~ 1 and 2.
