"That Title 18~ Chapter 18~18, Section 18,18.020 of the Anaheim
N:inicipai Code be, and the same is hereby amended 'oy the additior.
±o Paragraph (3) of sub-para~raph (d) reading as :ollo~,t•s:
"(d) The maintenance of `~irds and animals for domestic non•
commercial use shall be permitted; PROVIDED, f;OV~E'JER, tnat
such birds and animals shall be con.`ined in pens, coops,
corrals or other means of =on;inement su.`fi:.ient to preven±
the movement oi said animals or oirds uppn any oarcel o° recl
property other than that under the law.`ul possession or ~ontroi
of the o•rm er of said animals o: birds.
