A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE N0. 1902 BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Plaming Commission of the City of Aneheim did receive a verified Petition for Voriance
from VJILLIkM P. VISSER, 70] VJest Lincoln P.venue, Anaheim, California, Owner of certain reai
orooerty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Cali.`ornia, described as
Lot '!os. 12 and ]3 of Resh's subdivision of Vinyard Lots Parcel 6

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing et the City Hall in the City of Anaheim
on August 14, i967, at 2:00 o'ciock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required
by lew and in accordance with the provisions of the Meheim Municipel Code, Chapter 18.68, to hea: and consider
evidence for and egainst seid proposed varience and to investigate end make Eindings end recommendations in connec-
!ion therewith: and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, invest:gation, and study mede by itselE and in its behelf,
and after due consideration of all evidence end reports offeeed at said heering, does find and deteanine the following
facts:

2. That there are exceptional or extraordinery circumstences or conditions applicable to the property involved
or to the intended use of the property that do not apply generally to the preperty or cless of use in the same vicinity
and zone. '
3. That the requested variance is necessery Eor the preservation and enjoyment of a substantial property right
possessed by other propeRy in the same vicinity and zone, and denied to the propeRy in question.
4. That the requested varience will not be materielly detrimental to the public welEare or injurious to the peop-
eRy or improvements in such vicinity and zone in which the property is loceted.

NOR', THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Aneheim City Plenniog Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Variance, upon the Following conditlona whlch ase hereby found to be a necessary pterequisite to the pro-
posed use af the subjeM property in order to pRServe the safety and generel welfare of the Citizens of the City of
Anaheim:
1„ That the owner of subject property sha.ll pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00
per front f~oot alony Resh Street, for street lighting purposes.
2. That ;he sidewalks, curbs, and gutters shal! be repaired along Resh Street znd Lincoln
P.venue, as required by the City Engineer and in accordance v;ith standard plans and <_pecificatior~
or. '.i1.~ in the office of the City Engineer.
~. That trash storage areas shall Ue provided in accortiance with app~oved olans on file
svith the office of the Director of Public Works.
4., That any air•conditioning facilities proposed shall be properly shielded from view.
5. That Condition No. 1, above mentioned, shall be complied witn prior to the time that the
Building Permit is issued or within a period of' 180 days from date hereoi, ~r:nichever occurs
first, or such f'urther time as the Commission or City Council may grant.
