TERA9INATING ALL PROCEEDIPIGS ON CONDITIOtdAL USE PERMIT N0. 460.
WHEREAS, th2 Planning Commission on August 5, 1963, granted the ter;porary use of ar.
existing building for a church in Resolution t4o. ~~63, Series 1963-64; and
WHEREAS, several exten=_ions o: time have been granted for this continued use; and
WHEREAS, the Plannirg Commission on December 5, 1966 in Reso~ution i7o. PC6b-162
aranted Conditional Use Permit i~o. 901, encompassing the same prooerty and building, for
the establishment of a privzte educational institution, thereby nullifying the use granted
under Cnnditional Use Permit No~ 460.
T:UW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV~ t~at the City ?lanning Commission of ti~e City oF Anzheim
does hereoy terminate all proceedings on Conditional Use Permit !do~ 460, on the ba=is that
the property is no lonaer being used ;or the use granted.
