A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. ~ BE APPROVED

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditionel
Use Permit from pt~lpHEIbi MEA'I(JRIAL HOSPITAL ASSOCIATIO~, INCORPORATED., 1111 West La Palma Avenue,
Ar,aheim, California, Owne* o: certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein
as thouah set forth in full
; and
WHEF.EAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anal,eim on
August 28, 1967~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as requir.d by
law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for and against said proposed conditional use and to investigate and make finc'ings ecd recommendations in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigatio.~, and study made by itself and in its behalf,
and after due cunsideretion of all evidence end reports offered et said hearing, does find and determine the following fads:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED thet the Anaheim City Plenning Commission does hereby grent subject
Petltion for Conditional Use Permit, upon the Eollowing conditions which are hereby found to be e neceseery prerequiaite
to the proposed use of the subject property in order to p~eserve the sefety end genera! welfere of the Citizens oEthe
City of Aneheim:
1, That the o+rmer of subiect oroperty shall deed to the City of Anaheim a strip of land
32 feet in width, from the center line of the street, along West Street, for street wipening
purposes. r
?_. That the owner of suo'ect property shall deec to the City o, Anaheim a strip of land
53 feet in width from the center line of the street, along La Falma Avenue, including a 15 foot
radi~s corn~r re~urn, for street widening purposes.
3~ That the o~rm er of su6ject oroperty shall ay to the City of Anaheim the sum o: i5¢ per
`ront :oot along La Palma Avenue and West Street, ~or tree plant~ng purposes.
4. That the ownes o.` subject property shall baY to the Ciiy of Ananeim the sum of $2.00

5~ That fir= hydrants shall be instalted as required and determined to be necessary by
the Chie` of the Fire Department.

construction and 2xisting structures.
b. That Condition Nos. 15 2, 3, and 4, aoove m2ntioned, shall be complied ~~~ith prior to
the time that tne Building Permit is issued or witrin a period of 180 days from dzte hereof,
whichever occurs first, or such further time as the Commission or City Council may qrant.
