PCu7-190 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OI' THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE NO. 19 ~9 BE GRANTED WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Aneheim did receive a verified Petition for Veriance from GERALD ERLAiCDSOi;, P. 0„ BOX 246, FULLERTON, CP.LIFURtiIA, O~,a~ner of certain real ~_~operty situated in the City o: Anaheim, Courty o:' Orange, State of California, described as Lot ?6 in B1ocH A of Tract ~o. 247, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 13, page 51, h4iscellaneou= h1aps, records o` said Orangc County ; and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold e public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on AuguSt ?_8~ 1°67, at 2;00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing heving been duly given as required by law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapte~ 18.68, to hear and consider evidence for and against said proposed variance and to investigate end make findings and recoinmendations in connec- tion therewith; and WHEREAS, said Commissinn, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf, and after due cons+deration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the fo(lowing facts: 1. V 1-G -1- ~ NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED thet the AnaheIm City Planning CommissIon does hereby grent subject PetiUon Eor Varience, upon the following conditions which ere hereby found to be a necessary pcerequisite to the pro- p~sed uee of the subject property in order to preserve the eafety and &enerel welfere of the Citiaens of the City of Anaheim: lo That the owner of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front ;'oot along Sabina Street, for street lighting purposes. 2. That the owner of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of 15~ per front foot along Sabina Street, for tree planl,ing pt~rposes. 3. That the owners oi subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum o: $25.00 p?r dwelling unit, to be used for park and recreation purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the Building Permit is issued. 4. That Condition Mos. 1 and 2, above mentioned, shall be complied v~ith prior to the .- time that the Bui]ding Permit is issued or witt~in a period of 180 days from dzte hereof, which- ,~.~ ever occurs first, or such further time as the Commission or City Council may grant. ;; 5.
