A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE NO. 1912 BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Variance
from FREDRICKS DEVEI.OPMENT OJRPORATION, 524 West Commonwealth, Fullerton, California 92632, Owner;
AD-•ART, 14365 Firestone, La Mirada, California 90638, Agent o; certain real property situated in
the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as the West 11 acre= of the
South Half of the South half of the Southwest quarter of Section 1, in Townshio 4 South, Range 10

WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing et the City Hall in the City of Aneheim
on August 28, 1967 at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public heering heving been duly given as required
by law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.68,to heerand consider
evidence for and against said proposed vnriance and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connec-
tion therewith; and
~VHEREAS, said Commissin~, after due inspection, investigetion, and study made by itself and in its behelE,
and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and detecmine the following
facts:
1. That the petitioner requests a variance from the Anaheim Municipal Code:

3. That the requested varience is necessery for the preservation and enjoyment of a substantial property right
possessed by other property in the same vicinity and zone, and denied to the property in question.
4. That the requested varience will not be moterially detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to the prop-
erty or improvements in such vicinity and zone in which the property is located.

`NOW, THEREFORF, BE 1T RESOLVED thet the Aneheim City Planning Commission does heceby grant subject
Petition for Veriance, upon the following conditions which ete hereby found to be e necessary pcerequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the sefety end generel welfere of the Citizens oE the City of
Anaheim:
1, That adequate clearance of existing elecirical lines shall be prcvided as required
by the Electrical Division, Department of Public Utilities~ and the State of
California, GeO, 950
2e That subject property sha!1 be developed substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City oF Anahe~m~ marked Exhibit Noso 1 and 2; provided,
