WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Varience
from EN'~hSA M. PELLcW, 2500 E. Soutn Street, Anaheim, California, 92806, Omaer; ROB~RT D£ RUFF,
P. 0. Box 1133, Newport Beach, California, Agent of certain real property situated in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orzrge, State oi~ California, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and referred to herein as though set forth in full

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim
on A•~gust 28, 1967, at 2:00 o'clock P.bl., notice of said public hearing heving been duly given as required
by law and in accordonce with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.68,to hear and consider
evidence for and against said proposed veriance end to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connec-
tion therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commissi~n, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf,
and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered ~t said hearing, does find and determine the following
