PC 67-196RESOLUTION NO PC67-196 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF' THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. ~~~ BE APPROVED ~ •-- ~s ~ WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditional Use Permitfrom VOGc, Ii~C0RP0RATED, 7601 Crensahw Boulevard, Los Angeles, California 90043, Owner; ROBERT O;iR, AMIGOS RESTAURFi]T, INCORPORATED, 336 North Central, Glendale, California 91203, Agent of certain real property situated in the City of Rnaheim, County of Orcnge, State of California, described in Exhibit "A" attached 'nereto and re;erred to herein as though set fortn in ;u11 ; and WHEF.EAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim en August 2R, 1967~ et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by law and in accordance wifh the provisions of the Aneheim ~iunicipal Code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence for and against said proposed conditional use and io investigate end meke findings and recommendations in connection therewith; and WHEREAS, seid Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf, end after due consideretion of all evidence and reports offered at seid heacing, does find and determine the following fects: 1. That this conditional use permit is granted subject to the completion of Reclassi- fication No. 67-68-16. 2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance witn approved plans on :i1e v~ith the office o` the Director of Public Works. 3. That parking areas shall be lighted with down-lighting a maximum 6 feet in height, and sha11 be directed away from the property lines to protect the resideni.ial integrity of the area. 4. That the vehicular access rights to South Street shall be dedicated to the City of Anaheim. 5. That a 6-ioot decorative masonry wall shall be constructed along the west property line and along the north property 1ine, to the rear of the required planting stri.p. 6. That Condition :1os. 2, 3, 4, and 5, above mentioned, shall be complied with prio* to final building and zoning inspections. 7. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit ~Jos. 1, 2, 3, and 4; provided, however, that the structure shall be reoriented to State Colleqe Boulevard.
