DRIVE THER~TO
WHEREAS, with the establishment of Tentative Mao of Tract hJo. 0459, and the extension
of a street easterly ;rom the existing Bethel Drive to the west of Sunkist Street, tt,e
street name Bethel Drive was a more logical r.ame; and
WHEREAS, property to the east of the a:orementioned tract have been developed with
single family tracts,having other street names assigned; and
WHEREA59 Ke ll er Street is only a stub street into the a.`'orementioned tract having no
residences frontinq on the streei and only two homes siding on the street; and
WHEREAS, Setnel Drive now has 12 residences thereby making it more di~~icult to effect
a stre<t name change.
"10W, TNEREFORE, BE IT RrSOLVED that ~he City Planning Commission o: the City of Anaheim
does hereoy :ecommend to the City Council o: the Ci~y of Anaheim a street name change for
the stub street existing between Sunkist Str eet and Hilda Street r.o:v knovm as Keller Street
to tnat of Bethel Drive~ on the basi~ o,` the aforementioned findings.
