That the existing structure shall be brought up to conform to the Uniform Buiiding, Plumbing and .~.lectrical Codes as adopted by the City of Anaheim. 3. That the school shall be permitted for a period of one (1) year, after which tim? if an additional period of time is requested and ap{~roved by the Planning Commission, the 6-•foot masonry wall adjacent to the residential uses to the west shall be constructed. 4. That a maximum of 40 students shall be permitted to utilize tne facilities. 5. That a retaining wall be constructed along the `ront of the property except at accessways, adjacent to the sidewal4; or that the front yard be sloped to eliminate the arzde diff erential o 6. That all air-conditioning iacilities sha11 be properly shielded from view. 7. That Condition ~7os. 1, 2, 5, and 6, above mentioned, shall be comolied vaith prior to :inal building and zoning inspections. ~.
