PC67~208 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 964 BE GRANTED WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Maheim did receive e verified Petition for Conditional Use Permit from Co W. HARRISOI, 620 Kadota Street, Atwater, California, Owner; CLARICE GRAHAN~, 11561 Moen Street, Anaheim, California 92804, Agent of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheirti, County of Orange, State of California,described as the south 77 feet of the ~~ south one-half of the west one-half of the west on rhalf of the northeast quarter of the southwest , quarter of Section 28, Township 4 South~ Range 10 West, S.B.B.& M. ; and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing et the City Hell in the City oE Anaheim on S~pt emb er 13 ~ 1967 ~ et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing having been duly given as required by law and in eccordance with the provisior.s of the Meheim Municipal code, Chepter 18.64, to hear end consider evidence for and ageinst said proposed conditional use ana to investigate and make findings and recommendations in conne:.tion therewith; and WHEREAS, said Cammission, eftet due inspection, investigation, and study mede by itself and in its behelE, end after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered et said hearing, does find and deteanine the following facts: 1. That the proposed use is properly one for whieh a Conditional .Use Permit is authorized by this Code, Section 1~.64.020(2-b) to ~~it: establisn a rest nome for the zmbulztory aged on subiect o:operty. 2. That the proposed use will not advecsely eEfect the adjoining land uses and the growth and development of the azea in which it is proposed to be located. 3. Thot the size and shepe of the site proposed for the use is adequate to alJow the full development ofthe proposed use in a menner not detrimental to the particular area nor to the peace, heelth, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Maheim. 4. That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental to the peace, health, seEety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City ot Anaheim. 5. That any :uture plans for expansion should be reviewed and aoproved by the Plann~nn Commi=_sion or City Councila 0o That no one aopeared in ooposition to sub~ect petition. That the owner of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of 15Q per front foot alung Loara Street, for tree planting purposes. • 3. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on :ile with the office of the Dirzctor of Public Works. 4. That fire hydrants shall be ins•talled as required and determined to be necesssry by the Chief of the Fire Peoartment. 5. That the st*ucture shall be bm ught up to the minimum standards of the Uniform Buildinc, Plumbing and Electrial Codes, as adopted by the City of Anaheim. 6. That a 6-foo± masonry wall shall be consl:ructed along the east property line. 7. That Condition Nos. 1 and 2, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to the timz that the Building Permit is issued or within a period of 180 days from date hereof, ~vhichev~.r occurs first, or such further time as the Commission or City Council may grant. 8. That Condition Nos. 3, 4, 5, and 6, above mentior.ed, shall be comolied with prior to final building and zoning inspections. 9. That subject property shail be developed substantiaily in accordance with plans anci specifications on file tivith the City of Anaheim, marked Hxhibit Nos. 1 and 2; provided however, that any :uture plans for expansion shall be submitted to ar,d reviewed and approved by the Planning Commission or City Council.
