WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold e public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
September 2~, i9o7, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by
taw and in accordance with the provisions of the Maheim Municipel code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for and against said proposed conditional use and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Cor.imission, after due inspection, investigation, end study made by itself er.d in its behalf, and
after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts:

of the Citizans of the City of Anaheim.
4. That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Anel~eim City Plenning Commission does hereby grent subject
Petition for Conditionel Use Permit, upon the following conditions which ere hereby found to be e neceasary prerequisite
to the proposed use of the subject property in order to preserve the sefety and generel weltare of the Citizens of the
Clty of Anaheim:
