A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISS~ON OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Variance

l4HEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim
on So~t=moe° 25, i9c?, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of ssid public hearing having been duly given as required
by law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipel Code, Chapter 18.68,to hear and consider
evidence for and egainst seid proposed variance and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connec-
tion therewith; and
IVHEREAS, said Commissi~n, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itseli nnd +'n its behalf,
and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following
facts:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Variance, upon the following conditions which are hereby found tc be a necessary prerequisite to Ehe pro-
posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and general welfere of the Citizens of the City of
Anaheim:
lo That trash storage area~ shall be provided in accordance •,vith approved olans on file
with ihe office of the Director of Public Works prior to final building and zoning insp=:,tions.
