BALZER, 2935 Belvedere Road, Anaheim, Caiifornia 92h06, Owner of certain reaJ. proper~~, situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Oranye, State of Callfornia, described as Lot tios., i and 2 in Block 1 of Rothaermel's Addition to the City of Anaheims as per map thereo: reco;-'e:; in Eook 4, page 82 of Misceilaneous M3ps, records of said Orznae County. EXCEP? ;rom said Lot 2 the Southerly R7,74 feet of the Easterly 45 :eet thereof ; end _ WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hell in the City of Anaheim on October 23~ 1°07 at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by law and in acrnrdance with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.68, to hear and consider evidence for and against s~id pcoposed variance and to investigate and make findings and recom mendations in connection therewith; and 'JHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its beha;f, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered ~t said heari~g, does find and determine the following facts: 1.
