WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hell in the City of Anaheim on
Vovember fi; i°o'y at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing having been duly given es required by
law and in eccordence with the provisions of the Meheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for and against said proposed conditional use and to investigete end make findings and recommendetions in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, seid Commission, efter due inspection, iavestigation, and study mede by itselt and in its behelf, and
after due consideration of all evidence and reparts offered et seid hearing, does find end determine the Eollowing fects:
1. That the ptopased use is properly one for which a Conditianal .Use Pe:mit is authorized by this Code _`:r.

4. Thnt the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental
