WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at :he City Hall in the City of Anaheim

by law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.68,to hear and consider

WHEREAS, said Commissinn, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behelf,

Petition for Veriance, upon the following conditions which •re hereby found to be n necessary prerequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subject property in order to preservc the sefety and generel welfere of the Citizens of the City of
Anaheim:
lo That adequate clearance of existing electrical lines shall be provided as required by
the Electrical Divisiony Department of Public Utilities, and the State of California G~O. 95.
2~ That subject property shall be developed substsntially in accordance with plans and
