WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the C~ty Hall in the City of Anaheim on
Dec~mb2r -1; i9c7, at 2:00 o'clock P.M. notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by
law and in accordence with the provisions of the Anaheim A1unicipal Code, Chapier 18.72, to hear and consider evidence
for and against said proposed reclassification end to investigate and nake findings and recommendations in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itsrlf and in its behalf, and
efter due consideratian of all evidence snd reports offered at said hearing, rioes find and determine the following facts:
