A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM RECOMMENDING
TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDMENTS TO RESOLUTION
NO 63R -678 APPROVING A CHANGE TN ZONE FOR RECLASSIFICATION
N0. 62- 63• -64 THERETO
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a change in zone for Reclassification No 62 -63.64
in Resolution No. 63R -678 on August 13 1963, subject to conditions; and
WHEREAS, on August 4, 1964, in Resolution No. 64R -559. the City Council deleted
Condition No„ 5 of the aforementioned resolution; and
WHEREAS, three requests for extensions of time have been granted the last ore to
expire February 15, 1969; and
WHEREAS, Variance No 1926, was considered by the Planning Commission on. December 18,
1967, to consider a request for subdivision. of subject property into d5 -foot Hide Jots° and
WHEREAS, upon examination of the a resolution it ;ins determined;

since the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.. 40 - C -;, General Commercial,
Zone has now been amended to inulnde th,.se requirements as part of the
site development standards of said zone.

property line.
NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning Commission does hereby recommend
to the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No, 63R -678 be amended as follows;
Condition Nos. 4 5, 69 79 8, and 9 be deleted on the basis of the foregoing findings.
Condition No. 3 amended as fo,Iows:
"3, That the final map of Tract No, 1230, substantially in conformance with Variance
No. 1926 approvnd by the City Council, shall be recorded in the office of the County
Recorder of Orange County California."
Condition No. 10 amended as follows:
"10. That a two -year bond in an amount and form satisfactory to the City of Anaheim
shall be posted with the City to guarantee the construction of a six font masonry
wall. reduced to 3C inches in height within 15 feet of the Lincoln Avenue right -o'
way along the westerly line of subject property prior to reading of an ordinance."
