petitione: did not comply with Condition No. 1 of Resolution ~do. 1254, Series 1964-0~,
tivhich was a condition of granting a 1R0 day time extension on July 6, ~906, and the i,:ct
that the petitioner nas no dzfinite plan of development until :inancial problems nave heer,
resoived.
