WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
DeCember i8y :9o%s at 2:00 o'clock P.M. notice of seid public hearing having been duly given es required by
law and in accordence K~ith the provisions of the Anaheim Atunicipal Code, Chapter 18.72, to hear and consider evidence
for and ageinst said proposed reclassifica.tion and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection
therewith; end
WF{EREAS, said Commission, efter due inspection, investigetion, and study made by itself end in its behalf, end
after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
