WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on
DECember 1F39 i°o7, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing having been duly given as required by
law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.64, to hear end consider evidence
for and egainst seid proposed conditional use and to investigate and meke findings and recommmdetions in connection
therewith; and
R'HEREAS, said Commission, aEter due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself aad in its behalf, end
after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does iind and determine the following fects:
1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional .Use Permit is authorized by this Code

of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
